Terms of Service
All you have to know before getting a commission.

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any given time. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.II. PAYMENT & FEES
Aditional Characters in any modality (except ref sheets) will cost 50% of the base price each. (Ex.: if you ask for two full body characters colored on the same piece, the base price will be 45, 3 will be 60 and so on)
If the commission is less than 35$, payment is expected to be full upfront. Otherwise, payment plans can be arranged.
Payment is done through Wise or Stripe Invoice using USD.
A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).
The exact prices for the fees described above will depend on the complexity of the commission.III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission request.
Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject if possible. Mood boards are welcome!
Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process. Respond in a timely fashion.
Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.
Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE
Resolution of the art will be around 4200 x 3000 px; may be slightly larger or smaller depending on the work.
I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission.
I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.
I will show WIPs via discord, telegram or e-mail throughout the commission process.
Turn Around Time only starts when I contact you personally about the deatails of the commission and it can be from 2 weeks to a month. I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.V. REVISIONS
One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.
An amount of revisions subjective to the artist is allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.
Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.
Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works. I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.The final product is strictly for your personal use only. That means no reselling unless the art is for a Toyhouse character in wich case you can only sell for the same price you got it.
You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.
For commercial use (brands, store, mascot usage), you must purchase the rights from me at 3 times the original price. Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
-Print the work for personal use;
-Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc;
-Use the artwork as reference for a study;
-Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
-Claim the artwork as yours.
-Remove my watermark/signature.
-Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above unless permission to do so is granted by me.
-Color in my sketches or lineart unless permission to do so is granted by me.
-Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
-Use the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
